Part-time holiday cover required.
We are looking for a part-time holiday cover to come in and support the smooth running of the office and to assist Lord Digby with office tasks.
Nestled in the heart of Dorset, Minterne House is a private country house in an unequalled setting boasting renowned Himalayan Gardens that are open to the public.
The dates are 06th September – 24th September inclusive and the hours are 10am – 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A handover would be needed the week before and this would be arranged directly with the successful candidate. Duties to include but not limited Meeting and greeting all visitors , answering all incoming calls and transferring , taking receipt of deliveries , dealing with all outgoing and incoming post. The successful candidate will be required to assist with house tours and co-ordinating light admin of a limited number of weddings.
